The QUTOOL memory foam pillows require different care than regular pillows. Follow these few tips to ensure you get the most out of your pillow: 1. Remove the pillow from the packaging, open the vacuum-sealed bag, and allow it to take shape. The pillow may look small and compact at first. 2. After removing the pillow, remember to pat and squeeze it. 3. Allow the pillow to air out for 24 hours, then put it in your dryer on low for 5-10 minutes to get it to its best shape and normal fluffy. 4. Remove the outer cover and machine wash or hand wash it, hang it dry. Do not bleach. 5. You may want to put your pillow in the dryer every 3-4 weeks for 5-10 minutes to help the pillow retain its desired shape and texture. 6. The shredded memory foam cannot be washed. Do not machine wash the pillow directly. Please only wash the pillowcase. 7. Place the filling inside in a ventilated place for drying.
